Relief is first step in the three step plan; it is the immediate help the government provides to aid in slowing and the eventual stop of the Great Depression. Our New Deal Program helps with immediate relief by providing loans to private industries so they could provide people with jobs, and helping them provide for themselves. By giving the industries money, they will be able to construct dams, hospitals, bridges, airports, and many other man-made buildings to help the people along with the community. This will immediately help all families by allowing them to provide for themselves and their families. Families will no longer have to be split because of the inability to feed all the mouths in their family. As a result of this increase in jobs too, it will soon enable the American people to get back to their old lives.

Recovery
Recovery is the process in which the government starts a temporary program to restart the flow of consumer demand. As the Public Works Administration, we will fund jobs such as funding construction jobs for dams, airports, and even aircraft carriers. These jobs will also improve the economy by putting people back to work. In addition, by giving people these long term jobs, it will restart consumer demand for certain products and enabling companies to hire more people because of their bigger profits. As a result of all of this the economy will keep growing and all people will eventually be able to retreat from shanty towns and Hoovervilles and back into homes with the ability to stably pay for them.

Reform
Reform is the final step in the three step plan that was created to provide with permanent solutions and programs that prevent another depression happening ever again or any major economic collapse. Our New Deal Program will affect reform because the jobs we fund for now on the construction of roads and federal projects will turn into jobs for those buildings that will need workers in them and allow for the people who constructed the building and more to be employed once again. The jobs will keep people in their homes and give them the advantage to make enough money to get by and more. Not only will their needs be provided but with the guidance, it will be enough to allow them to live a long and prosperous life.
